🌿 One last flow… to say thank you✨

This moment was filmed just after my last yoga class in Minca, Colombia. A vibrant place nestled between mountains and jungle, where I taught for two months as a volunteer.
Before leaving, I felt the need to move one last time. To let my body speak, without words. To say thank you. To the earth, to the cycle that was closing, to everything I had been through... and to myself.
Just me. The wind. The trees. This body.
There was no plan. No choreography. Just a surge. An offering. Like a passage.
One last flow to close this chapter. A gesture of gratitude before leaving.🙏🏼
🌐 This flow was first shared on my Facebook page here!!! (for those who want to like, comment or share it directly🙃)
Shortly after, I left the mountains to move closer to the sea. I'm now in Palomino, in a place that had already called to me a few weeks ago. And I felt it was time to settle down. To slow down. To listen to myself. To give myself some time. Breath. And to create, gently, at my own pace.
What I'm experiencing right now... is also what I talk about in Goddess of the Unloved . This need to leave. To come back. To love. To learn to choose ourselves. To listen to this voice—sometimes gentle, sometimes scathing—that pushes us to stay true to ourselves.😇
This novel is a fragment of life. Mine, a little. And perhaps yours too.
